About the Role:
We’re looking for an organized and reliable Administrative Clerk to join our team. You’ll support day-to-day operations by handling paperwork, updating records, and assisting with basic office tasks. This is a great role for someone who enjoys keeping things in order and is ready to learn.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter and update data in our system – no prior experience needed; training will be provided.
Assist with filing, photocopying, scanning, and organizing documents.
Help process invoices, delivery notes, and expense records.
Update inventory and booking records as needed.
Support the team with preparing job cards, scheduling, and office supplies management.
Assist with receiving and issuing logs for materials and equipment.
Who We’re Looking For:
Someone with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, email, GDrive).
Good attention to detail and ability to stay organized.
Good communication skills, both written and spoken.
Required Qualifications
A diploma or certificate in business, administration, or related field.
Previous office or clerical experience.
Interest in learning about operations, procurement, or basic bookkeeping.
