Key Responsibilities:

  1. Beverage Preparation:
    • Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including tea, coffee, fresh juices, and sodas, ensuring consistent quality.
    • Innovate and create special drinks to enhance the beverage menu.
  2. Customer Service:
    • Provide friendly and efficient service, taking orders and ensuring customers have a memorable experience.
    • Address customer inquiries or complaints promptly and professionally.
  3. Bar Area Management:
    • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to health and safety standards.
    • Monitor and replenish inventory, including drink supplies and equipment.
  4. Collaboration:
    • Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure smooth coordination of food and beverage orders.
    • Assist during events and functions by preparing and serving drinks for guests.
  5. Upselling:
    • Recommend beverages and light snacks to complement customer orders, promoting the menu.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Barista or Barman in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of beverage preparation, including coffee brewing techniques and juice blending.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
  • A friendly, approachable demeanor with attention to detail.
