About Us:

Sadili Oval is an award-winning sports academy and community hub in Nairobi, Kenya. We offer elite sports training, youth development programs, and memberships in a vibrant, inclusive environment. Our mission is to empower youth through sports and education, building the next generation of leaders and athletes.

We’re looking for a Customer Success Associate with a strong background in social media, Canva, and content development to help grow and engage our community—online and offline. If you're creative, organized, and passionate about sports and youth development, this could be your next great opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Content & Social Media:

• Develop, schedule, and manage engaging content across Sadili Oval’s social media platforms.
• Use Canva to create professional visual content (posts, flyers, banners, etc.).
• Track social media engagement, growth, and analytics.
• Respond to comments and direct messages in a timely, brand-aligned manner.

Customer Engagement & Support:

• Welcome and support members, parents, athletes, and visitors.
• Manage customer inquiries, bookings, and memberships online and at the front desk.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage ongoing participation.
• Collaborate with the team to develop content that highlights programs, events, and member stories.

Content Strategy & Outreach:

• Assist in creating email newsletters, blog posts, and other outreach materials.
• Work with coaches and staff to capture photos, stories, and updates for marketing use.
• Help plan and promote events, training programs, and youth development initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 3+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, and Canva design.
• Strong writing and communication skills in English and Swahili.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with sports or youth-focused content is a plus.
• New graduates with strong portfolios and demonstrable skills will also be considered.
