Gardener

Sadili Oval is seeking a dedicated and skilled Gardener to join our team. This person will be responsible for maintaining the beauty and functionality of our food gardens, plant nursery, and sports pitch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plant and manage vegetables, herbs, and flowers in our food gardens.
• Maintain and expand our nursery, including seedlings and potted plants.
• Ensure the sports pitch is well-kept, safe, and game-ready at all times.
• Watering, weeding, pruning, composting, and pest control.
• Maintain walkways, outdoor spaces, and green areas.
• Work with the team to support events and community programs.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in gardening, landscaping, or grounds maintenance.
• Knowledge of soil care, planting cycles, and turf management.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Attention to detail and pride in maintaining green spaces.
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player.

Bonus Skills (not required but a plus):

• Experience with organic farming or sustainable gardening.
• Basic carpentry or irrigation system knowledge.
