Junior Accountant

Kisumu (Residential Role)

Are you a recent graduate or early-career accountant ready to take on a meaningful role in a growing business? We’re looking for a Junior Accountant to support the financial operations of our new agricultural and social enterprise based in Kisumu.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing day-to-day financial transactions and bookkeeping
• Prepare monthly financial reports and cash flow summaries
• Support payroll, procurement, and vendor reconciliation
• Maintain organized records and assist with audit preparation
• Help implement budgeting and financial tracking systems

Qualifications:

• Degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 0–2 years of relevant accounting or bookkeeping experience
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision
• Proficient in Excel; experience with accounting software is a plus
• Willingness to relocate and live in Kisumu full-time
