  2. Kitchen Operations:
    • Supervise all kitchen activities to ensure smooth and efficient service.
    • Maintain food safety and hygiene standards in compliance with health regulations.
    • Train and manage kitchen staff to uphold quality standards.
  3. Inventory and Cost Control:
    • Manage inventory, ensuring the availability of fresh ingredients while minimizing waste.
    • Monitor kitchen costs and suggest measures to optimize profitability.
  4. Event Catering:
    • Plan and execute catering menus for special events such as parties and functions hosted at Sadili Oval.
  5. Collaboration:
