The Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic and qualified Tennis Coaches to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality coaching to players of all ages and skill levels, from beginners to advanced competitors. Your role will be key in inspiring a new generation of tennis champions and promoting an active, healthy lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging and effective tennis lessons for individuals and groups.
• Develop tailored training programs for juniors and adults.
• Foster a positive, safe, and motivating environment for all players.
• Assess player performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Assist in organizing and running club tournaments, clinics, and events.
• Uphold the highest standards of sportsmanship and club safety.

We Are Looking For Someone With:

• Proven experience as a Tennis Coach.
• A recognized coaching certification (e.g., ITF, CAT, LTA, PTR) is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for working with both children and adults.
• Energy, patience, and a positive attitude.
• The right to work in Kenya.
